Digital Detox is a conceptual wellbeing campaign exploring our growing dependence on technology and social media. Created in response to the feelings of overwhelm and digital fatigue caused by constant connectivity, the project reimagines what a "detox kit" for the digital age could look like.

The project combines branding, editorial design, packaging, and physical product design to encourage people to disconnect from their screens and reconnect with the world around them. The final outcome includes a curated Digital Detox Kit featuring Vitamin D supplements, a cassette tape with an offline playlist, and a series of postcards containing simple messages such as "Wanna go gym later?" – promoting meaningful, real-world interactions over digital communication.

Alongside the physical products, I designed an editorial publication that explores the psychological impact of excessive technology use through research, interviews, and visual storytelling. The visual identity embraces a retro-digital aesthetic, combining pixel-inspired typography, bold colour accents, and minimalist layouts to contrast the convenience of modern technology with the simplicity of analogue experiences.
