At Agent3, I worked on an internal engagement campaign for Salesforce and Airbus designed to educate and inspire Airbus employees to become Salesforce Champions. The campaign combined interactive learning with gamification, allowing users to earn points, progress through educational content, and compete on a leaderboard to encourage participation.
Working collaboratively with designers, strategists, and stakeholders, I helped create a responsive digital experience that promoted Salesforce adoption, reinforced key messaging, and fostered a stronger sense of community among champions. The result was an engaging platform that made learning rewarding while supporting Airbus' wider digital transformation goals.
Designed a series of eight branded infographics for Salesforce, transforming complex customer journey and data experience concepts into clear, engaging visual stories. The project emphasized strong information hierarchy, consistent branding, and accessible design, resulting in a cohesive set of marketing assets that effectively communicated key customer experience strategies.
